Notilyze takes your privacy and the protection of your data seriously. In order to guarantee your privacy, we do all that is reasonably possible to protect the information you give us in connection with the services we supply to you or your visit to our website. When processing your personal data, Notilyze adheres to the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
For more information about your privacy, protecting your personal data and about the cookies we place, we ask you to read this document carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us. Our contact details can be found in the chapter ‘Accessing, amending or deleting data’.
What are personal data?
Personal data comprises any information we can use to identify you. It is data which Notilyze can use to identify a natural person, such as you, includes your name, your citizen service number (BSN) but also, for example, the IP address of your laptop. A combination of data may also make it possible to identify you.
What is meant by processing personal data?
Processing personal data, regardless of whether it is done automatically or not, is not just about updating, amending or combining your data, but also about collecting, recording, storing or deleting or destroying it.
Which personal data do we process?
Notilyze processes personal data about you as a result of your use of our services and/or because you provide us with these data yourself. Below is a list of the (personal) data we process:
• Company name;
• First and last name;
• E-mail address;
• IP address;
• Internet browser and device type.
When do we require your consent for processing (and when don’t we)?
In principle, we always need your consent to process your personal data. Moreover, your consent for processing your data applies only for the purposes you specify. Under the GDPR, no consent is required for a number of purposes, for example:
• if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party;
• if you ask us to take certain measures for the conclusion of the contract. For example, you request a quotation;
• if the processing of your data is necessary for us to comply with a statutory obligation incumbent on us;
Why do we need your personal data?
Notilyze processes your personal data for the following purposes:
• In order to send you a quote if you ask us for it;
• In order to supply our services to you.
Special personal data and minors
We do not process special personal data. Special data are data which can reveal your race or sex or your personal or political convictions.
Aside from this, it is not our intention to collect personal data about website visitors who are below the age of 18. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is aged over 18. As such, we advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will delete this information.
How long do we keep your data?
We will not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data is collected. Under the law, we may be required to keep the personal data for longer. For example, we are required by law to keep our financial records for 10 years because we supply electronic services.
Do we share personal data with others?
Notilyze only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our contract with you or in order to comply with a statutory obligation.
What is a cookie and which types of cookies do we use?
